BALTIMORE, Maryland, June 26 -- Maryland Attorney General Anthony G. Brown issued the following news release on June 25, 2024:
Attorney General Anthony G. Brown today announced the indictment of Racquel Davis, 50, of Baltimore for her alleged involvement in fraudulent insurance claims filed with insurer AFLAC. Davis is charged with one count of theft scheme from $25,000 to $100,000 and 18 counts of insurance fraud.
