ALBANY, New York, June 26 -- Gov. Kathy Hochul, D-New York, issued the following news release on June 25, 2024:
Governor Kathy Hochul today announced completion of Canal Commons, a development that converted a historic 19th century manufacturing facility in Rochester into 123 affordable apartments, including 70 units with on-site support services.
