Today, Congressman Bobby Scott (VA-03) announced that the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has awarded $20 million to Langley Square II Apartments in Hampton, Virginia under the Department's Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP).
