WASHINGTON, June 24 -- Rep. Earl L. Carter, R-Georgia, issued the following news release:
Rep. Earl L. "Buddy" Carter (R-GA) today sent a letter to White House Chief of Staff Jeff Zients calling for President Biden to submit to a cognitive test following his sharp decline in public trust after credible reports surfaced suggesting that Biden is not mentally fit to uphold the duties of the office of the President.
