Congressman Doug LaMalfa (R-Richvale) recognized three Northern California students who received appointments to the United States Service Academies. U.S. Service Academy graduates receive a first-rate undergraduate education with options to pursue advanced degrees, are provided with an education and experience that will offer a world of career opportunities and must spend a minimum of 5 years . . .
