BUFFALO, New York, June 18 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York issued the following news release on June 17, 2024:
U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Victor Marshall, 51, of Buffalo, NY, who was convicted of possession with intent to distribute, and distribution of, cocaine and being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, was sentenced to serve 156 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.
