BUFFALO, New York, June 13 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York issued the following news release on June 12, 2024:

U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Matthew R. Zamborowski, 48, of Hamburg, NY, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with possession of a firearm or ammunition by a person under a qualifying Domestic Violence Order of Protection, which carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
