ALBANY, New York, June 13 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of New York issued the following news release on June 12, 2024:

Jashene Austin, age 29, of Troy, New York, pled guilty today to distributing fentanyl and illegally possessing a firearm as a felon.
