Kirkland Advises Nordic Capital on Sale of Sunrise Medical to Platinum Equity

CHICAGO, Illinois, June 6 -- Kirkland and Ellis, a law firm, issued the following news release:

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Nordic Capital on entering into an agreement to sell Sunrise Medical, a specialist in assistive mobility solutions, to global investment firm Platinum Equity.

Completion of the transaction is expected in Q3 2024 and is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
