CLARKSBURG, West Virginia, June 5 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on June 4, 2024:
Todd Eugene Haynes, 48, of Clarksburg, West Virginia, pled guilty today to the distribution of 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.
According to court documents, Haynes sold more than 50 grams of methamphetamine in Clarksburg in September 2022.
Haynes faces at least 10 years and up to life in pris . . .
