WASHINGTON, June 3 -- Rep. Terri Sewell, D-Alabama, issued the following news release:

Today, U.S. Rep. Terri Sewell (AL-07) celebrated as her bill to rename the Marion Post Office after the late Civil Rights Leader Albert Turner, Sr. passed the House of Representatives. Rep. Sewell introduced H.R. 7893 in April with the support of every member of Alabama's House delegation. It passed the House unanimously and will now make its way to the Senate.
