NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, May 28 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Duane A. Evans announced that SHANE BOLDEN, age 35, of New Orleans, was charged on May 23, 2024 in a four-count indictment with violations of the Federal Controlled Substances and Gun Control Acts.
BOLDEN is charged in Count 1 with conspiracy to distribute marijuana, in violation of Title 21, United States Code . . .
