WASHINGTON, May 22 -- Rep. Barry Moore, R-Alabama, issued the following news release:
Today, Rep. Barry Moore co-sponsored the Let Trump Speak Act, led by Rep. Andy Ogles (TN-05). This bill prohibits any judge from issuing a gag order to the defendant in any criminal or civil proceeding and guarantees a right of action to defendants who are issued a gag order in violation of this Act.
