WASHINGTON, May 21 -- Rep. Richard E. Neal, D-Massachusetts, issued the following news release:
Today, Congressman Richard E. Neal joined Springfield Mayor Domenic J. Sarno and Springfield Redevelopment Authority Executive Director Amanda Pham to announce a $4,116,279 earmark to invest in streetscaping surrounding Springfield Union Station.
The allocation was made possible through Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) from the Department of Housing and Urban Developme . . .
