CHICAGO, Illinois, May 22 -- Kirkland and Ellis, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Kirkland & Ellis advised Forward Consumer Partners on a partnership with tortilla chip and salsa maker Xochitl, LLC. The transaction was announced May 21, 2024.
Carlos Salinas, Xochitl's founder, CEO and Chairman Emeritus, will retain a 50% interest in the company going forward.
