This week, at a reception hosted at Virginian Wesleyan University, Congresswoman Jen Kiggans (VA-02) announced Alex Hudson as the winner of Virginia's Second District 2024 Congressional Art Competition. Alex Hudson is currently in his senior year at Catholic High School and won with his piece titled Waves of Freedom.
