WASHINGTON, May 17 -- Rep. Steny H. Hoyer, D-Maryland, issued the following news release:

Congressman Steny H. Hoyer (MD-05) announced the winner of the 2024 Fifth District Congressional Art Competition. Lusenie Turay, a junior at Charles Herbert Flowers High School in Prince George's County, won the competition with his piece titled "Regal Musing."
