CHICAGO, Illinois, May 16 -- Kirkland and Ellis, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Kirkland represented iQor Holdings Inc., a business process outsourcing company that provides customer service, third-party collections and accounts receivable management, on the sale of a majority stake in the company to Mill Point Capital LLC.
The transaction was announced May 15, 2024. The deal is expected to close in June 2024.
