CHICAGO, Illinois, May 16 -- Kirkland and Ellis, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Kirkland & Ellis is advising EP Corporate Group a.s. on the possible offer for the entire issued, and to be issued, share capital of International Distributions Services plc (IDS) not already owned by EP Group and its affiliates, namely VESA Equity Investment S.a r.l.
The proposal values the entire issued share capital of IDS at approximately pound sterling3.5 billion.
