NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, May 16 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Duane A. Evans announced that JESSICA MARIE PORTWAY, age 41, of St. John the Baptist Parish, was indicted on May 9, 2024, for possession with intent to distribute controlled substances, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B), and 841(b)(1)(C).
