Reps. Fischbach and Pence Introduce CRA to Overturn HHS Nursing Staff Mandate

WASHINGTON, May 15 -- Rep. Michelle Fischbach, R-Minnesota, issued the following news release on May 14, 2024:

Representatives Michelle Fischbach (MN-07) and Greg Pence (IN-06) introduced a Congressional Review Act to overturn the Department of Health and Human Service's (HHS) mandatory nursing staff ratio rule.
