WASHINGTON, May 11 -- The U.S. International Trade Commission issued the following news release on May 9, 2024:
The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) today determined that there is a reasonable indication that a U.S. industry is subject to material injury by reason of imports of dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) from Malaysia, Poland, Taiwan, and Turkey that are allegedly sold in the United States at less than fair value.
