WASHINGTON, May 11 -- The Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Subcommittee on Economic Policy released the following testimony by Persis SiChing Yu, deputy executive director and managing counsel of the Student Borrower Protection Center, from a hybrid hearing dated April 10, 2024, entitled "MOHELA's Performance as a Student Loan Servicer." MOHELA is the Missouri Higher Education Loan Authority.
