Today, U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) released the following statement regarding President Biden's commitment to halt offensive weapons should the Netanyahu government launch an assault on Rafah:
"An invasion of Rafah would leave untold death and destruction in its wake - including massive civilian casualties and devastating impacts on the delivery of humanitaria . . .
