WASHINGTON, May 8 -- Rep. Angie Craig, D-Minnesota, issued the following news release:
Today, U.S. Representative Angie Craig introduced legislation to require SNAP-authorized retailers to pay good wages to delivery workers and make it easier for SNAP enrollees to utilize online grocery delivery.
The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) is a federal program that helps low-income families purchase groceries.
