WASHINGTON, May 8 -- The White House Office of Management and Budget issued the following statement of administration policy on a joint resolution (H.J.Res. 109) providing for Congressional disapproval of "Staff Accounting Bulletin No. 121" issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
