Los Angeles lawyer James J.S. Holmes received the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section's (TIPS) Edmund S. Muskie Pro Bono Service Award on May 3 during the TIPS Section Conference at the Loews Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles.
