BISMARCK, North Dakota, May 8 -- North Dakota Attorney Drew Wrigley issued the following news on May 7, 2024:
Attorney General Drew H. Wrigley today joined Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey, an Arkansas high school athlete, and a coalition of three other state attorneys general filing suit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri against the U.S. Department of Education over its new rule interpreting Title IX.
