HUNTINGTON, West Virginia, May 7 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on May 6, 2024:
Tyson Davis II, 28, of Huntington, was sentenced today to nine years in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for distribution of a quantity of a mixture and substance containing methamphetamine.
