COLUMBIA, Maryland, May 7 -- Howard Community College issued the following news release:
Maryland Lieutenant Governor Aruna Miller will salute more than 600 graduates of Howard Community College (HCC) as the keynote orator for the 53rd HCC commencement exercises. The ceremony will be held on May 24 at the Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena on the University of Maryland Baltimore County campus beginning at 10 a.m.
