LOS ANGELES, CA -- On Tuesday, Attorney General Merrick Garland circulated a proposal to reclassify marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule III after Congresswoman Sydney Kamlager-Dove (CA-37) sent a letter in February calling on the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to reschedule marijuana.
