CHARLESTON, South Carolina, May 3 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of South Carolina issued the following news release:
Warren Lamar Forrest, 32, of North Charleston, was sentenced to 12 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to possessing a firearm after a felony conviction, possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, and possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
