PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, May 3 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:

United States Attorney Jacqueline C. Romero announced that five Philadelphia men -- Kevin Holloway, 45; Mark Scott, 48; Linton Mathis, 50; Atiba Wicker, 47; and Kenneth Tuck, 51 -- were arrested and charged by indictment with conspiracy to commit kidnapping resulting in death, kidnapping resulting in death, and aiding and abetting.
