U.S. Congressman Chuck Edwards (NC-11) today introduced the Appalachian Regional Continuing (ARC) Development Act of 2024 to promote economic development in rural Appalachian communities and to reduce federal red tape inhibiting development along the Appalachian Development Highway System (ADHS).
