The American Clean Power Association (ACP) released the following statement from Anne Reynolds, ACP Vice President for Offshore Wind, after the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) announced two proposed lease sale notices for wind energy areas off the Oregon coast and the Gulf of Maine:
"We commend BOEM for advancing plans to auction offshore wind . . .
