WASHINGTON, April 30 -- Rep. Yadira Caraveo, D-Colorado, issued the following news release:
In a letter to the White House Tuesday afternoon, Congresswoman Yadira Caraveo, MD (CO-08) pressed President Biden to grant a waiver to Colorado from the reformulated gasoline (RFG) mandate due to be announced on May 1.
The Biden Administration's pending RFG mandate for the Denver Metro/North Front Range nonattainment area would "hurt Coloradans at the gas pump and lea . . .
