WASHINGTON, April 27 -- Rep. Mark DeSaulnier, D-California, issued the following news release:

U.S. Representatives Robert C. "Bobby" Scott (VA-03) and Mark DeSaulnier (CA-10) sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland urging the Department of Justice to immediately address rampant sexual assault that took place at the recently closed Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Dublin, California.
