WASHINGTON, April 26 -- Rep. Mike Quigley, D-Illinois, issued the following news release:
Today, U.S. Representative Mike Quigley (IL-05) announced Polina Popandopulo from Ridgewood High School as the winner of the 2024 Congressional Art Competition for the 5th District of Illinois. Their piece, titled "Best Buddies Down on the Farm," will hang in the U.S. Capitol for the next year.
