WASHINGTON, April 23 -- Sen. Alex Padilla, D-California, issued the following news release:
Today, U.S. Senator Alex Padilla (D-Calif.) issued the following statement after the Senate passed a national security supplemental funding package to provide aid to Ukraine, Israel, and the Indo-Pacific as well as humanitarian assistance for civilians in Gaza:
"Today, the United States has shown the world that our resolve to stand with our allies and defend democracy remain . . .
