WASHINGTON, April 23 -- Rep. Steven Horsford, D-Nevada, issued the following news release on April 22, 2024:
Today, Congressman Steven Horsford announced the awarding of over $218 million in federal funding to enhance solar energy accessibility across Nevada. The Nevada Clean Energy Fund will receive $156.12 million from the Solar for All program, while GRID Alternatives' Western Indigenous Network will benefit from a $62.45 million grant aimed at Tribal communities.
