WASHINGTON, April 18 -- Sen. Todd Young, R-Indiana, issued the following news release:
Senators Todd Young (R-Ind.), co-chair of the Congressional Soccer Caucus, and Laphonza Butler (D-Calif.) introduced bipartisan legislation to authorize the production of coins to commemorate the FIFA World Cup 2026, which is being hosted by the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The coins would be minted at no additional cost to taxpayers, and the proceeds would support U.S.-based soccer programs . . .
