CHICAGO, Illinois, April 17 -- Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul issued the following news release on April 16, 2024:
Attorney General Kwame Raoul today joined a coalition of 19 attorneys general in filing an amicus brief defending Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act against radical challenges raised in a Georgia redistricting lawsuit.
