OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma, April 11 -- Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond issued the following news release on April 10, 2024:

Alleging artificially inflated natural gas prices that preyed on Oklahomans in the wake of Winter Storm Uri, Attorney General Gentner Drummond today filed litigation against Enable entities (ET Gathering & Processing successor by merger to Enable Midstream Partners, Enable Oklahoma Intrastate Transmission, Enable Gas Transmission and Enable Energy . . .
