CHICAGO, Illinois, April 9 -- Kirkland and Ellis, a law firm, issued the following news release:

Kirkland & Ellis represented Arsenal Capital Partners in its sale of Seal For Life Industries, a supplier of protective coating and sealing solutions for the renewable energy, oil & gas, and water infrastructure markets, to Henkel Corporation, a German conglomerate.

The transaction closed on April 2, 2024.
