WASHINGTON, April 6 -- Rep. Brad Sherman, D-California, issued the following statement on Israel avoiding casualties, on April 4, 2024:

"President Biden is working tirelessly to persuade the House of Representatives to pass the Senate bill, which would provide aid to Ukraine and Taiwan, and also provide $14.1 billion military aid to Israel. I expect that if this bill passes, the President will carry it out according to its terms, and Israel will get the milit . . .
