Sidley is pleased to announce that John C. Godfrey has joined Sidley's M&A and Private Equity practice as a partner in New York. Mr. Godfrey joins Sidley from Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP where he served as a member of that firm's M&A and PE practices. This follows the addition of a team of 11 lawyers from Paul, Weiss in the last 10 months.
