CHICAGO, Illinois, April 3 -- Kirkland and Ellis, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Kirkland & Ellis advised supply chain risk management software firm Avetta on its sale to EQT Private Equity, which is buying the company from private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe.
