Oceanside, CA - Today, Rep. Mike Levin (CA-49) announced Gabriela Hooshmand as his March 2024 Constituent of the Month. Ms. Hooshmand is the President & Co-founder of MANA de North County San Diego, a 501(c)(3) which she helped establish in 2009. Since its inception, the organization has been dedicated to empowering Latinas to pursue their goals.
