Today, U.S. Representative Emanuel Cleaver, II (D-MO) announced that he has accepted the invitation to be the new Democratic Co-Chair of the House Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (REEE) Caucus. Rep. Cleaver was invited to serve as co-chair by U.S. Senators Jack Reed (D-RI) and Mike Crapo (R-ID), the co-chairs of the Senate Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Caucus.
