WASHINGTON, March 22 -- Rep. Sara Jacobs, D-California, issued the following news release:

Rep. Sara Jacobs (CA-51) and Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) reintroduced legislation to close loopholes in Leahy Law that allow up to $120 million per year in security assistance to go unvetted for human rights violations.
